Nav is a Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer from Rexdale, Ontario. Nav began his career as a producer, eventually co-producing Drake’s Grammy-nominated Back to Back in 2015. His career began taking off in 2016 when his song “Myself” went viral. Nav signed to XO and Republic Records and released his self-titled debut mixtape, as well as Perfect Timing with Metro Boomin. In 2018, Nav released his debut studio album Reckless and followed up with a second album in 2019 titled Bad Habits, which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200.
After being signed with The Weeknd and XO, Nav has been able to work with some of the top talents in the industry. This includes The Weeknd, Travis Scott, Young Thug, Gunna, Meek Mill and many more. In 2020, Nav released his highest charting song “Turks”, which debuted at number 17 on the Billboard Hot 100. His third studio album, Good Intentions, was released on May 8, 2020.
Nav has performed at Coachella and is known for his national tours. You can also catch him occasionally make an appearance at clubs.
